My name is Jeremy Stegall, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’ve been fascinated by people and what motivates us since childhood. My curiosity about why we do what we do led me to Iowa State University to major in psychology, hoping to answer my life’s primary question: What motivates us to do what we do? It wasn’t until after I graduated college and began the journey into the “real world” that I realized I’d started living a life that was not of my design but modeled after what I thought I was supposed to do. After getting married and too soon divorced, I began to look inward and ask if I’d missed something. I soon realized I needed more clarity about what I wanted and why.
As my journey moved from Des Moines, Iowa, to the Palm Beaches of Florida, I began to re-focus on my curiosity and lack of clarity to identify different questions, practices, and processes that have helped me uncover and understand the stories I’ve told myself. This discovery has resulted in letting go of the unnecessary weight that I carried and finding lessons that I can take forward to improve my life. This experience has also clarified my values, increased my confidence to follow what I am passionate about, and developed my performance and leadership skills at work.
My mission is to share what I’ve learned and teach the processes and methodology that developed questions and growth challenges, allowing me to dig into areas I know need attention.
In 2021 I enrolled in The Coaches’ Training Program with Accomplishment Coaching to receive crucial training and coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Here I learned tools and core competencies in support of launching my coaching business, Where the Change Happens Coaching, LLC, in 2022.
As a life coach and author with Where the Change Happens Coaching, I support clients in shifting how they engage with problems and create new awareness in service of their vision for their lives and organizations. Utilizing my education and professional experience, Where the Change Happens Coaching supports building a new relationship to possibility and empowers clients to maximize their personal and professional potential, bringing a unique and uplifting energy to relationships in and out of the workplace.
Connecting one-on-one is my absolute preferred method of connecting with my clients. Whether in person or online, this type of coaching session allows us to go in-depth to discuss your patterns, habits, and the goals you would like to achieve.
The end of any relationship is a natural time of reflection. What went right, what went wrong? “What could I have done differently?” “How can I prevent this from happening again?”
These are common questions that come up for the men in our group discussions. Together we explore the past traumas and insights we’ve gained in retrospect.
